Status notification apparatus, status notification method, and computer readable recording medium

A status notification method comprising:

• acquiring biological information of a passenger of an airplane, the biological information having been acquired at a departure and arrival facility of the airplane;
• acquiring, from a storage device in which arrival destination information regarding an arrival destination of the airplane, the biological information of the passenger, and identification information for identifying the passenger are stored in association with each other in advance, the identification information corresponding to the acquired biological information;
• and
• predicting a time when the passenger will leave an arrival gate based on an average time it takes to exit the arrival gate at the departure and arrival facility, and performing notification of the predicted time and the acquired identification information to a person concerned with the passenger at an arrival destination.

A non-transitory computer readable recording medium including a program recorded thereon, the program including instructions that cause a computer to carry out:

• acquiring biological information of a passenger of an airplane, the biological information having been acquired at a departure and arrival facility of the airplane;
• acquiring, from a storage device in which arrival destination information regarding an arrival destination of the airplane, the biological information of the passenger, and identification information for identifying the passenger are stored in association with each other in advance, the identification information corresponding to the acquired biological information;
• and
• predicting a time when the passenger will leave an arrival gate based on an average time it takes to exit the arrival gate at the departure and arrival facility, and performing notification of the predicted time and the acquired identification information to a person concerned with the passenger at an arrival destination.
