An information processing method implemented by a computer executing processing on data, the computer including a solver device serving to solve a combination optimization problem, the method comprising:

• acquiring the data;
• and
• generating the combination optimization problem based on the data and causing the solver device to solve the combination optimization problem,
• wherein
• a cost function in the combination optimization problem includes a plurality of decision variables and a plurality of weight values,
• a term included in the cost function is represented by multiplication of one or more decision variables of the plurality of decision variables and a weight value of the plurality of weight values,
• a first partial weight group being part of the plurality of weight values is the same as a second partial weight group being other part of the plurality of weight values,
• the solver device includes a first memory to store the plurality of weight values, and
• the method further comprising:
• in generating the combination optimization problem, generating the plurality of weight values based on the data and write the plurality of weight values to the first memory;
• in writing the plurality of weight values, writing the first partial weight group and the second partial weight group in a common region in the first memory and giving, to the solver device, first information indicating a storage position of each of the weight values in the first memory;
• and
• causing the solver device to read the plurality of weight values from the first memory on the basis of the first information and obtain a solution.

A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium on which a program executable by a computer is recorded, the computer including a solver device serving to solve a combination optimization problem, the program instructing the computer to:

• acquire the data;
• and
• generate the combination optimization problem based on the data and cause the solver device to solve the combination optimization problem, wherein
• a cost function in the combination optimization problem includes a plurality of decision variables and a plurality of weight values,
• a term included in the cost function is represented by multiplication of one or more decision variables of the plurality of decision variables and a weight value of the plurality of weight values,
• a first partial weight group being part of the plurality of weight values is the same as a second partial weight group being other part of the plurality of weight values,
• the solver device includes a first memory to store the plurality of weight values, and
• the program further instructs the computer to:
• in generating the combination optimization problem, generate the plurality of weight values based on the data and write the plurality of weight values to the first memory;
• in writing the plurality of weight values, write the first partial weight group and the second partial weight group in a common region in the first memory and give, to the solver device, first information indicating a storage position of each of the weight values in the first memory;
• and
• causes the solver device to read the plurality of weight values from the first memory on the basis of the first information and obtain a solution.

A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium on which circuit information described in a hardware description language is recorded, the circuit information representing a configuration of a circuit, the circuit information causing the circuit to function as an information processing device executing processing on data, the information processing device including a solver device serving to solve a combination optimization problem, the processing comprising:

• acquiring the data;
• and
• generating the combination optimization problem based on the data and causing the solver device to solve the combination optimization problem,
• wherein
• a cost function in the combination optimization problem includes a plurality of decision variables and a plurality of weight values,
• a term included in the cost function is represented by multiplication of one or more decision variables of the plurality of decision variables and a weight value of the plurality of weight values,
• a first partial weight group being part of the plurality of weight values is the same as a second partial weight group being other part of the plurality of weight values,
• the solver device includes a first memory to store the plurality of weight values, and
• the processing further comprising:
• in generating the combination optimization problem, generating the plurality of weight values based on the data and write the plurality of weight values to the first memory;
• in writing the plurality of weight values, writing the first partial weight group and the second partial weight group in a common region in the first memory and giving, to the solver device, first information indicating a storage position of each of the weight values in the first memory;
• and
• causing the solver device to read the plurality of weight values from the first memory on the basis of the first information and obtain a solution.

A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium on which circuit information to be written in a reconfigurable semiconductor device for operating the reconfigurable semiconductor device is recorded, the circuit information causing the reconfigurable semiconductor device to function as an information processing device executing processing on data, the information processing device including a solver device serving to solve a combination optimization problem, the processing comprising:

• acquiring the data;
• and
• generating the combination optimization problem based on the data and causing the solver device to solve the combination optimization problem,
• wherein
• a cost function in the combination optimization problem includes a plurality of decision variables and a plurality of weight values,
• a term included in the cost function is represented by multiplication of one or more decision variables of the plurality of decision variables and a weight value of the plurality of weight values,
• a first partial weight group being part of the plurality of weight values is the same as a second partial weight group being other part of the plurality of weight values,
• the solver device includes a first memory to store the plurality of weight values, and
• the processing further comprising:
