Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a computer implemented method for managing generated files, including receiving a file template creation request from a client device and generating a file template with static content data and dynamic content markers. A file creation request is received and a file is generated from the file template. The file is stored in non-volatile memory accessible by a server. A deletion-triggering event is detected, and in response, the file is deleted from the non-volatile memory. This method provides efficient management of generated files, allowing for the creation and deletion of files based on user requests and system events.
Claims20
A computer implemented method for managing generated files, comprising:
- receiving, at a first server, a first file template creation request from a client device;
- generating on the first server, in response to receiving the first file template creation request, a first file template with static content data and dynamic content markers;
- receiving on the first server, a first file creation request from the client device;
- generating on the first server, in response to receiving the first file creation request, a first file from the first file template;
- storing the first file in non-volatile memory accessible by the first server;
- detecting, by the first server, a deletion-triggering event;
- and
- deleting the first file from the non-volatile memory in response to detecting the deletion-triggering event.
A file storage system, comprising:
- a first server, wherein the first server is configured to:
- receive a first file template creation request from a client device;
- generate, in response to receiving the first file template creation request, a first file template with static content data and one or more dynamic content markers;
- receive a first file creation request from the client device;
- generate, in response to receiving the first file creation request, a first file from the first file template;
- store the first file in non-volatile memory accessible by the first server;
- detect a deletion-triggering event;
- and
- delete the first file from the non-volatile memory in response to detecting the deletion-triggering event.
A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to manage storage and deletion of generation files by:
- receiving, at a first server, a first file template creation request from a client device;
- generating on the first server, in response to receiving the first file template creation request, a first file template with static content data and dynamic content markers;
- receiving on the first server, a first file creation request from the client device;
- generating on the first server, in response to receiving the first file creation request, a first file from the first file template;
- storing the first file in non-volatile memory accessible by the first server;
- detecting, by the first server, a deletion-triggering event;
- and
- deleting the first file from the non-volatile memory in response to detecting the deletion-triggering event.
