A porous metal-zinc oxide nanosheet comprising metal nanoparticles formed on the surface.
A method for manufacturing a porous metal-zinc oxide nanosheet comprising:
- preparing a zinc oxide nanosheet;
- forming a porous zinc oxide nanosheet by heat-treating the zinc oxide nanosheet;
- forming a mixture by mixing the porous zinc oxide nanosheet and a metal precursor;
- and
- forming metal nanoparticles on the surface of the porous zinc oxide nanosheet by irradiating the mixture with microwaves.
