A system for the climate-control of interior spaces of a building includes an exhaust air channel for guiding exhaust air out of at least one interior space, and a heat recovery device designed to obtain thermal energy from the exhaust air. One or more interior spaces have a circulating air module with fresh air intake connected to a fluid circuit of a climate-control device. The circulating air module includes a housing with a fresh air inlet for fresh air to flow into the housing, and inside air inlet and outlet openings; a heat exchanger; an inside air fan for conveying through the exchanger inside air flowing in through the inside air inlet opening as circulating air. Fresh air is supplied to the circulating air in the housing and the circulating air flows out the inside air outlet opening as supply air along with the added fresh air.
