The one or more processors are configured to execute a process including acquiring abnormality information that is information relating to a charging abnormality in a charging station where charging of a battery of a vehicle is performed and vehicle information that is information relating to the vehicle in such a manner that the abnormality information and the vehicle information are associated with each other, sequentially accumulating the abnormality information and the vehicle information, which are acquired, in the one or more memories in such a manner that the abnormality information and the vehicle information are associated with each other, and searching for the charging station based on the abnormality information and the vehicle information that have been previously acquired and accumulated.
