Abstract
The present application discloses a knife grinding assembly, which includes a positioning portion, a slide rod, a pull rod, a slide block, a grinding stone and an universal connector; the positioning portion is fixedly connected to the slide rod, the slide block is slidably provided on the slide rod, the pull rod is provided on the slide block through the universal connector, the grinding stone is provided on the pull rod. The present application also discloses a knife grinding apparatus, which includes a base, a bracket, a clamper for clamping a knife and the knife grinding assembly, the clamper is provided on one side of the base, the bracket is detachably provided on the base and away from the clamper, and the positioning portion is detachably connected to the bracket.

A knife grinding assembly, comprising:
- a positioning portion, a slide rod, a pull rod, a slide block, a grinding stone and a universal connector;
- wherein the positioning portion is fixedly connected to the slide rod, the slide block is slidably provided on the slide rod, the pull rod is provided on the slide block through the universal connector, and the grinding stone is provided on the pull rod.
A knife grinding apparatus, comprising:
- a base;
- a bracket provided above the base and extends upwards from one side of the base;
- a clamper provided above the base and away from the bracket;
- a knife grinding assembly, including a positioning portion, a slide rod, a pull rod, a slide block, a grinding stone and a universal connector, wherein the positioning portion is fixedly connected to the slide rod, the slide block is slidably provided on the slide rod, the pull rod is movably connected to a lower end of the slide block through the universal connector and disposed under the slide rod, the grinding stone is provided on the pull rod, an axis of the slide rod is perpendicular to an extension direction of the bracket, the positioning portion includes a connector and a clamping bolt, the bracket passes through the connector, an axis of the clamping bolt is perpendicular to the extension direction of the bracket, the clamping bolt is threadedly connected to the connector, an end of the clamping bolt abuts on the bracket.
