Abstract
One aspect of the present invention relates to water absorbent resin particles in which an elasticity is 60 to 200 [kPa/mm] when compressed at 24 kPa to 96 kPa after immersion in physiological saline for 2 minutes, and a water retention capacity of physiological saline is 30 to 60 [g/g].
