Claims40
An engineered T cell receptor (TCR) or a fragment thereof that specifically binds SF3B1K700E, an epitope of SF3B1K700E, or an SF3B1K700E epitope/human leukocyte antigen (HLA) complex, comprising:
- (a) an alpha chain variable region comprising one, two, or three complementarity determining regions (CDRs) having amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 12-14;
- and/or
- (b) a beta chain variable region comprising one, two, or three CDRs having amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 6-8.
2 more elements
A nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence that is at least 80% identical to a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, and 24.
