Abstract
Disclosed are methods of treating diseases or disorders associated with the expression of wild type isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1). The disclosed methods may be utilized to treat diseases or disorders associated with cell proliferation, including cancer.

A method for treating a cell proliferative disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a compound with the formula:
- wherein R1 is selected from methyl or phenyl.
A method for treating a subject in need of treatment for a disease or disorder associated with expression of wild type isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1), the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a therapeutic agent that inhibits the biological activity of IDH1.
