Abstract
The present invention concerns pharmaceutical compositions formulated for dermal application comprising a therapeutically effective amount of lopinavir and ritonavir in a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and wherein the weight ratio (w/w) of lopinavir: ritonavir is between 9:1 and 18:1. Such compositions are useful for treating, or preventing, skin cancers and premalignant dermal conditions.

A pharmaceutical composition that is formulated for dermal application comprising a therapeutically effective amount of lopinavir and ritonavir in a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and wherein the weight ratio (w/w) of lopinavir:
- ritonavir is between 9:1 and 18:1.

A method of treating and/or inhibiting the development or progression of skin cancers and benign proliferative disorders of the skin in a subject in need of such treatment or inhibition comprising:
- administering a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition, the composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of lopinavir and ritonavir in a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and wherein the weight ratio (w/w) of lopinavir:
- ritonavir is between 9:1 and 18:1 to said subject.
