Abstract
Disclosed are a coating device and a coating method. The coating device includes: a fluidization tank for containing a dip-coating powder therein; a clamp for clamping a battery case and dipping the battery case in the dip-coating powder in the fluidization tank; and a first heating mechanism for heating the battery case so that the dip-coating powder around the battery case is melted and adhered to the surface of the battery case to form an insulating film.

A coating device, comprising:
- a fluidization tank for containing dip-coating powder therein;
- a clamp for clamping a battery case and dipping the battery case into the dip-coating powder in the fluidization tank;
- and
- a first heating mechanism for heating the battery case so that the dip-coating powder around the battery case is melted and adhered to the surface of the battery case to form an insulating film.

A coating method, comprising the steps of:
- preheating a battery case;
- and
- dipping the preheated battery case in a dip-coating powder, melting the dip-coating powder around the battery case by using the residual heat of the battery case and adhering it to the surface of the battery case to form an insulating film.
A coating method, comprising the steps of:
- dipping a battery case in a dip-coating powder;
- and
- heating the battery case so that the dip-coating powder around the battery case is melted and adhered to the surface of the battery case to form an insulating film.
