Abstract
A marine biodegradable polymer compound composed of a monovalent metal cation and a polymeric polyvalent anion which has a repeating unit including at least one bond selected from among ether bonds, ester bonds, amide bonds, and carbonate bonds in the main chain thereof, and which has a total of two or more monovalent anionic substituent groups at the terminals of the main chain and/or a side chain.

A marine biodegradable polymer compound comprising a monovalent metal cation and a polymeric polyvalent anion having on a main chain thereof repeating units containing at least one bond selected from the group consisting of ether, ester, amide and carbonate bonds and having a total of two or more monovalent anionic substituents at ends of the main chain and/or side chains.
