A process and system comprising a plasmacluster cassette fan; a negative air anion device, said negative air anion device emit negative ions into the air/surroundings; an accessory filter bank, said accessory filter bank is configured to filter room or supply air directed to said plasmacluster cassette fan and negative air anion device; an evaporator heat exchanger; and a supplementary fan, said supplementary fan is configured to distribute the Plasmacluster Superoxide Cloud or negative air anions to targeted specific medias.

- a plasmacluster cassette fan;
- a negative air anion device, said negative air anion device emit negative ions into the air/surroundings;
- an accessory filter bank, said accessory filter bank is configured to filter room or supply air directed to said plasmacluster cassette fan and negative air anion device;
- an evaporator heat exchanger;
- and
- a supplementary fan, said supplementary fan is configured to distribute the Plasmacluster Superoxide Cloud or negative air anions to targeted specific medias.
