The solid pharmaceutical composition includes pudexacianinium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a buffer, and an excipient, and the water content in the solid pharmaceutical composition is 4% by weight or less.

A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising pudexacianinium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a buffer, and an excipient, wherein water content in the solid pharmaceutical composition is 4% by weight or less.
A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising pudexacianinium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, citric acid, and sucrose, wherein water content in the solid pharmaceutical composition is 4% by weight or less, and the solid pharmaceutical composition in a form of an aqueous solution has a pH of 6 or more and 7 or less.
