Abstract
The present invention relates to a plurality of fisetin nanoparticles in poly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA). The nanoparticles, characterized by a specific size, showed excellent stability and pharmacokinetics, therefore optimal properties for their use in pharmaceutical compositions or in the preparation of supplements and food supplements, to be used in particular for the prevention and treatment of bone diseases and for the treatment of cleidocranial dysplasia.
Claims30
