Abstract
A suction device of the present disclosure includes: a suction portion suctioning foreign substances from an electrode; a dust collection portion forming a negative pressure; and a manifold connected to each of the suction portion and the dust collection portion and suctioning the foreign substances using the negative pressure of the dust collection portion, wherein the manifold includes a docking portion discharging foreign substances inside the manifold to the outside.

A suction device, comprising:
- a suction portion suctioning foreign substances from an electrode;
- a dust collection portion forming a negative pressure;
- and
- a manifold connected to each of the suction portion and the dust collection portion and suctioning the foreign substances using the negative pressure of the dust collection portion,
- wherein the manifold includes a docking portion discharging foreign substances inside the manifold to the outside.
