Abstract
A load sensor includes: a first electrode having, on an identical face, a first protrusion that is electrically conductive and that has elasticity, and a second protrusion having a higher elastic modulus than the first protrusion; a second electrode opposed to the first electrode with the first protrusion and the second protrusion interposed therebetween; and a dielectric body disposed on an opposing face of the second electrode.

A load sensor comprising:
- a first electrode having, on an identical face, a first protrusion that is electrically conductive and that has elasticity, and a second protrusion having a higher elastic modulus than the first protrusion;
- a second electrode opposed to the first electrode with the first protrusion and the second protrusion interposed therebetween;
- and
- a dielectric body disposed on an opposing face of the second electrode.
