A thermal management system of a vehicle, comprising:

• an engine cooling system, the engine cooling system comprising:
• an engine, the engine comprising an intake manifold and a supercharger,
• an intercooler, an air outlet end of the intercooler being in communication with the intake manifold, and an air inlet end of the intercooler being in communication with the supercharger,
• a first radiator, the first radiator being connected to the engine, and
• a first fan, the first fan being configured to dissipate heat from the intercooler and the first radiator;
• an air conditioning system, the air conditioning system comprising a condenser;
• and
• a low-temperature cooling system, the low-temperature cooling system comprising:
• a second radiator, and
• a second fan, the second fan being configured to dissipate heat from the second radiator and the condenser.
