Abstract
Provided is a storage container for storing a material, the storage container including a lid and a container body having a first portion for holding the material and a second portion to which the lid is configured to be attached. The second portion is spaced from the first portion in a longitudinal direction by a collar defining a gap between the first and second portions. The first portion has a wall with a closed bottom portion defining a cavity for the material and the second portion has a wall defining an opening for accessing the cavity.

A storage container for storing a material, the storage container comprising:
- a lid;
- and
- a container body having:
- a first portion having a wall with a closed bottom portion defining a first cavity for the material;
- and
- a second portion to which the lid is configured to be attached, the second portion being spaced from the first portion in a longitudinal direction by a collar defining a gap between the first and second portions, and the second portion having an outer wall and an inner wall defining an opening for accessing the first cavity and being radially inwardly spaced from the outer wall,
- wherein a second cavity is formed between an inner surface of the outer wall and an outer surface of the inner wall above the gap.
A storage container for storing a material, the storage container comprising:
- a lid;
- and
- a container body having a first portion, a second portion to which the lid is configured to be attached, and a third portion for holding the material, the third portion being configured to be disposed in the first portion and extend above the first portion for removably coupling to the second portion, and the second portion being spaced from the first and third portions in a longitudinal direction by a collar defining a gap between the first and second portions.
A method of coupling an attachment having a handle attachment strap and a functional attachment being a separate item from the handle attachment strap to a container having first and second portions spaced from one another in a longitudinal direction to define a gap, the handle attachment strap and the container each having an outer profile that is substantially polygonal in shape, the method comprising:
- removably coupling the functional attachment to a corner of the handle attachment strap;
- advancing first and second ends of the handle attachment strap around the container in the gap;
- removably coupling the first and second ends of the handle attachment strap together in the gap;
- and
- rotating the handle attachment strap and container relative to one another until corners of the handle attachment strap are proximate or abutting respective corners of the container and protrusions projecting upward from at least two corners of the handle attachment strap are positioned at anchor points at the respective corners of the container above the gap thereby removably coupling the handle attachment strap and functional attachment to the container.
