Polyfluoroalkoxy resin and method of preparing the same

A method of preparing a polyfluoroalkoxy resin, comprising:

• charging deionized water, an organic solvent, a surfactant, and a chain transfer agent to a polymerization kettle;
• heating to a set temperature ranging from 50° C. to 80° C., then charging a polymerization monomer consisting of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether till reaching a set pressure ranging from 0.7 MPa to 1.5 MPa, followed by charging an initiator to start reaction, wherein a mass ratio of the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether to the tetrafluoroethylene as charged is in a range from 1:25 to 1:8;
• S3:
• adding additional polymerization monomer and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether polymerization promoter, and maintaining the pressure in the polymerization kettle till end of reaction, whereby a polyfluoroalkoxy emulsion is obtained, wherein the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether polymerization promoter is hexafluoropropylene, and a charging amount of the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether polymerization promoter is in a range from 0.01 wt % to 2 wt % of the polymerization monomer;
• S4:
• condensing, washing, and pelleting the obtained polyfluoroalkoxy emulsion to obtain the polyfluoroalkoxy resin.
