Offline teaching device and offline teaching system

An offline teaching system comprising:

• a welding robot control device configured to control a welding robot that produces a first workpiece by welding;
• and
• an inspection robot control device configured to control an inspection robot that inspects a produced second workpiece, wherein
• the inspection robot control device is configured to
• acquire information on positions of the first workpiece, the second workpiece, and the welding robot with respect to the inspection robot, and
• calculate positional deviation amounts of the first workpiece and the second workpiece, and
• correct a position of a teaching point included in an inspection teaching program used for inspection of the second workpiece based on the positional deviation amount of the second workpiece and transmit information of the positional deviation amount of the first workpiece to the welding robot control device, and
• the welding robot control device is configured to
• convert the positional deviation amount of the first workpiece into a positional deviation amount of the first workpiece with respect to the welding robot based on the information of the positional deviation amount of the first workpiece transmitted from the inspection robot control device;
• and
• correct a position of a teaching point included in a welding teaching program used for the welding based on the converted positional deviation amount of the first workpiece.

An offline teaching system comprising:

• a welding robot control device configured to control a welding robot that produces a first workpiece by welding;
• and
• an inspection robot control device configured to control an inspection robot that inspects a produced second workpiece, wherein
• the inspection robot control device is configured to
• acquire information on positions of the first workpiece, the second workpiece, and the welding robot with respect to the inspection robot,
• calculate positional deviation amounts of the first workpiece and the second workpiece,
• correct a position of a teaching point included in an inspection teaching program used for inspection of the second workpiece based on the positional deviation amount of the second workpiece, and
• convert the positional deviation amount of the first workpiece into a positional deviation amount of the first workpiece with respect to the welding robot based on information of the positional deviation amount of the first workpiece, and transmit the positional deviation amount to the welding robot control device,
• the welding robot control device is configured to
• correct a position of a teaching point included in a welding teaching program used for the welding based on the positional deviation amount of the first workpiece transmitted from the inspection robot control device.
