A terminal comprising:

• a receiver that receives radio resource control (RRC) signaling configuring a plurality of sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets, and receives downlink control information (DCI) including a field that indicates one offset value among one or more offset values configured for each of the plurality of SRS resource sets;
• and
• a processor that controls transmission of an SRS based on the field,
• wherein a bit size of the field is determined based on a number of offset values configured for an SRS resource set for which a greatest number of offset values is configured, among the plurality of SRS resource sets.

A radio communication method for a terminal, comprising:

• receiving radio resource control (RRC) signaling configuring a plurality of sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets, and receives downlink control information (DCI) including a field that indicates one offset value among one or more offset values configured for each of the plurality of SRS resource sets;
• and
• controlling transmission of an SRS based on the field,
• wherein a bit size of the field is determined based on a number of offset values configured for an SRS resource set for which a greatest number of offset values is configured, among the plurality of SRS resource sets.

A base station comprising:

• a transmitter that transmits radio resource control (RRC) signaling configuring a plurality of sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets, and transmits downlink control information (DCI) including a field that indicates one offset value among one or more offset values configured for each of the plurality of SRS resource sets;
• a receiver that receives an SRS that is transmitted from the terminal based on the field;
• and
• a processor that determines a size of the field based on a number of offset values configured for an SRS resource set for which a greatest number of offset values is configured, among the plurality of SRS resource sets.

A system comprising a terminal and a base station, wherein

• the terminal comprises:
• a receiver that receives radio resource control (RRC) signaling configuring a plurality of sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets, and receives downlink control information (DCI) including a field that indicates one offset value out of one or more offset values configured for each of the plurality of SRS resource sets;
• and
• a processor that controls transmission of an SRS based on the field, and
• the base station comprises:
• a receiver that receives the SRS,
• wherein a bit size of the field is determined based on a number of offset values configured for an SRS resource set for which a greatest number of offset values is configured, among the plurality of SRS resource sets.
