Abstract
A measurement method, performed by a terminal device, includes: acquiring a measured value of a target measurement; determining a target state of the terminal device according to the measured value and reference information corresponding to the target measurement; and sending the target state to a network device. The target measurement includes a beam failure detection (BFD), and the target state includes a relaxation state or a non-relaxation state.

A measurement method, performed by a terminal device, comprising:
- acquiring a measured value of a target measurement, wherein the target measurement comprises a beam failure detection (BFD);
- determining a target state of the terminal device according to the measured value and reference information corresponding to the target measurement, wherein the target state comprises a relaxation state or a non-relaxation state;
- and
- sending the target state to a network device.
A measurement method, performed by a network device, comprising:
- receiving a target state sent by a terminal device, wherein the target state is determined according to a measured value of a target measurement and reference information corresponding to the target measurement, the target measurement comprises a beam failure detection (BFD), and the target state comprises a relaxation state or a non-relaxation state.
A measurement apparatus, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory, having stored therein a computer program,
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- acquire a measured value of a target measurement, wherein the target measurement comprises a beam failure detection (BFD);
- determine a target state of the terminal device according to the measured value and reference information corresponding to the target measurement, wherein the target state comprises a relaxation state or a non-relaxation state;
- and
- send the target state to a network device.
