Abstract
A method for receiving measurement configuration information is performed by a user equipment, and includes: receiving measurement configuration information from a network device, wherein the measurement configuration information comprises more than one Synchronization Signal Block (SSB)-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) corresponding to a same measurement object, and SMTCs of different neighbor cells to be measured corresponding to the same measurement object are different; and measuring a neighbor cell to be measured corresponding to the measurement object according to the measurement configuration information.

A method for receiving measurement configuration information, performed by a user equipment, comprising:
- receiving measurement configuration information from a network device, wherein the measurement configuration information comprises more than one Synchronization Signal Block (SSB)-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) corresponding to a same measurement object, and SMTCs of different neighbor cells to be measured corresponding to the same measurement object are different;
- and
- measuring a neighbor cell to be measured corresponding to the measurement object according to the measurement configuration information.

A method for sending measurement configuration information, performed by a network device, comprising:
- sending measurement configuration information to a user equipment, wherein the measurement configuration information comprises more than one Synchronization Signal Block (SSB)-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) corresponding to a same measurement object, and SMTCs of different neighbor cells to be measured corresponding to the same measurement object are different;
- and the measurement configuration information is used by the user equipment to measure a neighbor cell to be measured corresponding to the measurement object according to the measurement configuration information.

- a transceiver configured to receive measurement configuration information from a network device, wherein the measurement configuration information comprises more than one Synchronization Signal Block (SSB)-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) corresponding to a same measurement object, and SMTCs of different neighbor cells to be measured corresponding to the same measurement object are different;
- and
- a processor configured to measure a neighbor cell to be measured corresponding to the measurement object according to the measurement configuration information.
