Abstract
An example image forming apparatus includes a scanner including a feeding device, a multi-feed detection sensor to detect an event corresponding to a multi-feed of a paper fed from the feeding device, a return device to return a target paper detected as the event, a user interface device, a processor, and a memory to store instructions executable by the processor. The processor is to execute the instructions to control an operation of the return device based on the setting information of the multi-feed detection sensor input through the user interface device.
Claims15
An image forming apparatus comprising:
- a scanner comprising a feeding device;
- a multi-feed detection sensor to detect an event corresponding to a multi-feed of a paper fed from the feeding device;
- a return device to return a target paper detected as the event;
- a user interface device;
- a processor;
- and
- a memory to store instructions executable by the processor,
- wherein the processor is to execute the instructions to control an operation of the return device based on setting information of the multi-feed detection sensor input through the user interface device.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing thereon instructions executable by a processor, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising:
- instructions to receive setting information of a multi-feed detection sensor to detect an event corresponding to a multi-feed of a paper fed from a feeding device of a scanner;
- instructions to set whether to enable the multi-feed detection sensor based on the setting information;
- and
- instructions to control an operation of a return device to return a target paper detected as the event based on whether to enable the multi-feed detection sensor.
A scanner comprising:
- a feeding device;
- a multi-feed detection sensor to detect an event corresponding to a multi-feed of a paper fed from the feeding device;
- a return device to return a target paper detected as the event;
- and
- a processor to control an operation of the return device based on setting information of the multi-feed detection sensor.
