A terminal comprises: a transmission unit that transmits a reference signal used for a purpose other than a measurement related to a radio resource management; and a control unit that assumes the measurement related to the radio resource management is performed using the reference signal.

A terminal comprising:
- a transmission unit that transmits a reference signal used for a purpose other than a measurement related to a radio resource management;
- and
- a control unit that assumes the measurement related to the radio resource management is performed using the reference signal.

- a reception unit that receives a notification indicating a transmission of a dynamic reference signal dynamically transmitted as a reference signal used for a measurement related to a radio resource management;
- and
- a transmission unit that transmits the dynamic reference signal based on the notification.
A base station comprising:
- a reception unit that receives a reference signal used for a purpose other than a measurement related to a radio resource management;
- and
- a control unit that performs the measurement related to the radio resource management using the reference signal.
A base station comprising:
- a transmission unit that transmits a notification indicating a transmission of a dynamic reference signal dynamically transmitted as a reference signal used for a measurement related to a radio resource management;
- a reception unit that receives the dynamic reference signal;
- and
- a control unit that performs the measurement related to the radio resource management using the dynamic reference signal.
