Power source device and method for manufacturing same

A power source device comprising:

• a plurality of battery blocks each including a plurality of battery cells connected in series or parallel to one another, each of the plurality of battery blocks having a plurality of holder through-holes therein;
• a plurality of shafts inserted in the plurality of holder through-holes of the each of the plurality of battery blocks, respectively, such that the plurality of holder through-holes in the each of the plurality of battery blocks are aligned to the plurality of holder through-holes in another battery block of the plurality of battery blocks connected to one another in a connecting direction;
• an outer case accommodating the plurality of battery blocks therein, the outer case having a tubular shape with both ends opening to have a first open end and a second open end;
• a first lid closing the first open end of the outer case;
• and
• a second lid closing the second open end of the outer case, wherein
• the plurality of shafts have screw threads at least at respective tips thereof,
• the plurality of battery blocks connected in the connecting direction constitutes a core block, and
• the first lid is fixed with the screw threads of the plurality of shafts such that the plurality of shafts are inserted in the plurality of holder through-holes of the each of the plurality of battery blocks in the core block, respectively.
