The battery cell is configured to provide energy and has a peripheral side face. The heating film is attached to the peripheral side face of the battery cell for heating the battery cell. The heating film includes a first insulating layer, a heating layer, and a second insulating layer that are sequentially stacked. The first insulating layer is closer to the peripheral side face of the battery cell than the second insulating layer. The heating layer is configured to receive a current to generate heat energy to heat the battery cell.
