Electrode assembly with improved connection between current collector and electrode tab, and method of manufacturing the same

An electrode manufacturing method comprising:

• coating a conductive adhesive solution including a gas generation material on a metal plate material for an electrode tab;
• providing a releasing film on the metal plate material for the electrode tab to cover the coated conductive adhesive solution;
• drying the conductive adhesive solution to change the conductive adhesive solution into a conductive adhesive part;
• slitting the metal plate material for the electrode tab to form a plurality of strips;
• cutting at least one strip of the plurality of strips to manufacture a plurality of electrode tabs to which the conductive adhesive part and the releasing film are stacked;
• removing the releasing film from one electrode tab of the plurality of electrode tabs;
• and
• adhering the one electrode tab from which the releasing film is removed to a first surface of the electrode current collector.
