Abstract
Various post-production and distribution tools for volumetric video data are enabled. For instance, a method comprises receiving, by a device comprising a processor, a group of images, determining, by the device, first points of interest of a first image of the group of images and second points of interest of a second image of the group of images, comparing, by the device, the first points of interest to the second points of interest, and determining, by the device, from the first points of interest and the second points of interest and based on a result of the comparing, sets of candidate coordinate positions of a joint of a character represented in the first image and the second image.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- receiving, by a device comprising at least one processor, a first mesh sequence comprising a group of unstabilized meshes comprising volumetric data associated with images of a human;
- and
- generating, by the device using a UV stabilization process on the first mesh sequence, a UV stabilized mesh sequence, wherein the UV stabilization process employs a first texture sequence.
A system, comprising:
- at least one memory that stores computer executable components;
- and
- at least one processor that executes at least one of the computer executable components that at least:
- receive a first mesh sequence comprising a group of unstabilized meshes comprising volumetric data associated with images of a human;
- and
- generate, at least by applying a UV stabilization process to the first mesh sequence, a UV stabilized mesh sequence, wherein the UV stabilization process employs a first texture sequence.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution, cause a system comprising at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a first mesh sequence comprising a group of unstabilized meshes comprising volumetric data associated with images of a human;
- and
- generating, based on an output from a UV stabilization process applied to the first mesh sequence, a UV stabilized mesh sequence, wherein the UV stabilization process employs a first texture sequence.
