The management device includes: a controller configured to: acquire information acquired by sensors installed in the plurality of toilet bowl devices or at the installation locations thereof; determine toilet bowl devices to be cleaned based on the information acquired by the controller; determine the cleaning order of the plurality of toilet bowl devices determined to be cleaned by the controller; and notify the cleaning person terminal of the cleaning order determined by the controller. The cleaning person terminal includes a display that presents the cleaning order of the toilet bowl devices notified by the management device to the cleaning person.
