System and method for real-time affinity-based peer-to-peer distribution with prioritized requirements matching and allocation

A peer-to-peer affinity-based resource allocation system, comprising:

• an allocation computer comprising a memory, a processor, and a plurality of programming instructions stored in the memory, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
• establish a peer-to-peer network connection with a plurality of user devices;
• receive and store resource requests from a plurality of requesting devices among the user devices via the peer-to-peer network connection during a collection timeframe, wherein each requesting device is associated with a set of affinity indicators;
• generate a prioritized queue of the received resource requests by applying a weighted prioritization algorithm to the affinity indicators associated with each requesting device;
• identify a plurality of provider devices among the user devices that are available to provide resources, wherein each provider device is associated with a set of affinity indicators;
• fulfill a highest priority resource request in the prioritized queue by:
• iteratively comparing the affinity indicators of each provider device with the affinity indicators of the requesting device associated with the highest priority resource request using a matching algorithm;
• allocate resources from a first provider device to the requesting device based on the affinity matching, wherein the allocation triggers a secure transfer of resources from the first provider device to the requesting device via the peer-to-peer network connection;
• monitor the status of the resource transfer and update the prioritized queue based on the completion of the transfer within a predefined timeframe.
