Composition and photosensitive composition

A photosensitive composition comprising a photopolymerizable compound (A), inorganic microparticles (B), and an initiator (C),

• wherein, the photopolymerizable compound (A) comprises a compound represented by following formula (A1):
• Ra01—(Xa03—Xa02)ma2—(Xa01)ma1—Ara01—((Xa04)ma3—(Xa05))ma4 (A1),
• wherein, in the formula (A1), Ara01 is an aromatic group optionally substituted with at least one group selected from a group an alkyl group having 1 or more and 5 or less carbon atoms, cyano group, and a halogen atom, having 7 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, and having a valence of (ma4+1),
• Ra01 is a radically polymerizable group-containing group or a cationically polymerizable group-containing group,
• Xa01 is oxygen atom or sulfur atom,
• Xa02 is an alkylene group which may be interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms and/or one or more sulfur atoms,
• Xa03 is oxygen atom or sulfur atom,
• Xa04 is oxygen atom or sulfur atom,
• Xa05 is an alkyl group which may be interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms and/or one or more sulfur atoms,
• ma1 is 0 or 1,
• ma2 is 0 or 1,
• ma3 is 0 or 1,
• ma4 is an integer of 0 or more, and
• sum of numbers of oxygen atoms and/or sulfur atoms as Xa01, Xa03, and Xa04, and numbers of oxygen atoms and/or sulfur atoms contained in Xa02 and Xa05 is 3 or more.

A compound represented by following formula (A1-1):

• Ra01—Xa03—Xa02—Xa01—Ara02 (A1-1)
• wherein, in the formula (A1-1), Ara02 is a monovalent aromatic group having 7 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, and optionally substituted with a group selected from a group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 or more and 5 or less carbon atoms, cyano group, and a halogen atom,
• Ra01 is a radically polymerizable group-containing group or a cationically polymerizable group-containing group,
• Xa01 is oxygen atom or sulfur atom,
• Xa02 is an alkylene group interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms and/or one or more sulfur atoms,
• Xa03 is oxygen atom or sulfur atom,
• when Ara02 is naphthalen-2-yl group and Ra01 is (meth)acryloyl group, a group represented by —Xa03—Xa02—Xa01— is not —O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O— and —O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—, when Ara02 is 2-phenylphenyl group, and Ra01 is (meth)acryloyl group, a group represented by —Xa03—Xa02—Xa01— is not —O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O— and —O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—,
• when Ara02 is 4-(4-cyanophenyl)phenyl group and Ra01 is (meth)acryloyl group, a group represented by —Xa03—Xa02—Xa01— is not —O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—CH2CH2—O—.
