Abstract
A component mounter includes a cutting device that cuts a lead of a taped component in which a radial lead component is taped on a carrier tape to separate the radial lead component from the carrier tape, and a bad lead cut detection sensor that detects that the cutting device has failed to separate the radial lead component from the carrier tape.
Claims7
A board work machine comprising:
- a cutting device configured to cut a lead of a taped lead component that is taped with a lead component on a carrier tape to separate the lead component from the carrier tape;
- and
- a detection device configured to detect that the cutting device has failed to separate the lead component from the carrier tape.
A board manufacturing method comprising:
- detection processing of detecting that a cutting device that cuts a lead of a taped lead component that is taped with a lead component on a carrier tape to separate the lead component from the carrier tape has failed to separate the lead component from the carrier tape.
