Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide an electroporation device in which an introduction efficiency is unlikely to decrease. An electroporation device according to the embodiment of the present invention applies an electric field to a suspension containing a biologically derived material and a bioactive substance using an electrode pair to introduce the bioactive substance into the biologically derived material, and each of electrodes of the electrode pair has a boron-doped diamond membrane on a surface portion in contact with the suspension.
