Claims28
An isolated VHH antibody that binds an enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) adhesin protein, wherein the antibody comprises a VHH binding domain comprising the following complementary determining regions (CDRs):
- (a) a CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 177;
- (b) a CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 178;
- and
- (c) a CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 179.
An isolated VHH antibody that binds an ETEC adhesin protein, wherein the antibody comprises a VHH binding domain comprising the following CDRs:
- (a) a CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 177;
- (b) a CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 178;
- and
- (c) a CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 179;
- wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody, a humanized antibody, or a chimeric antibody.
An isolated VHH antibody that binds an ETEC adhesin protein, wherein the antibody comprises a VHH binding domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 180.
