Abstract
A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate; a light-emitting layer, disposed on a side of the substrate; and a first inorganic layer that covers a surface of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate, where a surface of the first inorganic layer away from the light-emitting layer has a stress relief part.

A display panel, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a light-emitting layer, disposed on a side of the substrate;
- and
- a first inorganic layer covering a surface of the light-emitting layer and the surface of the light-emitting layer is away from the substrate,
- wherein a surface of the first inorganic layer away from the light-emitting layer comprises a stress relief part.

- forming a light-emitting layer on a substrate;
- and
- forming a first inorganic layer on a side of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate,
