Abstract
A pool cover retaining system for above-ground and/or semi-above ground pools including a self-contracting retaining band. The self-contracting retaining band is configured to be fitted around a pool wall. The system includes a first rod having a first rod length. The first rod is configured for use with a pool cover to be fitted over a pool. The pool has a pool perimeter length. The first rod length is less than the pool perimeter length.
Claims20
A pool cover retaining system for above-ground and/or semi-above ground pools, the system comprising:
- (a) a self-contracting retaining band, wherein the self-contracting retaining band is configured to be fitted around a pool wall;
- and
- (b) a first rod comprising a first rod length, wherein the first rod is configured for use with a pool cover to be fitted over a pool, and wherein the pool comprises a pool perimeter length, and wherein the first rod length is less than the pool perimeter length.
A pool cover retaining device, comprising a self-contracting retaining band, wherein the self-contracting retaining band is configured to be fitted around a wall of an above-ground and/or semi-above ground pool.
A pool cover retaining device, comprising a first rod comprising a first rod length, wherein the first rod is configured for use with a pool cover to be fitted over an above-ground and/or semi-above ground pool, and wherein the pool comprises a pool perimeter length, and wherein the first rod length is less than the pool perimeter length.
