Abstract
Disclosed is a seal ring, which is located in a double-acting telescopic cylinder having a plurality of nested rods and sealing elements between the piston moving in the rod and the rod, an energizer ring which provides the contact of the seal ring with the rod by applying pressure to the sealing set, a back-up ring which is positioned mirrored on both sides of the seal ring, and a sealing set which is positioned mirrored in the sealing groove of the piston in the x-axis and which contains the guide element.
Claims4
A sealing set comprising a sealing ring located in a double-acting telescopic cylinder comprising a plurality of nested rods and a sealing set groove moving in the said rod and having groove flanks, which provides dynamic sealing against a pressurized fluid applying a pressure effect force to a piston between an interior surface of the said rod, which seals between the said piston and the said rod, and an energizer ring that provides the contact of the said rod with the interior surface by applying pressure to a seal ring the sealing set further comprising;
- a back-up ring, which is positioned mirrored on both sides of the said seal ring, has a special geometry with an angled surface that increases the sealing performance under load and ensures proper operation with said rod diameters, and
- a guide element, which is positioned mirrored to the groove flanks of the said sealing set groove of the piston in the X-axis and leans against the groove flanks against the pressure effect force in the x-axis and makes beds with this leaning, has an angled surface and contacts the said back-up ring with this angled surface and slides together over the said back-up ring with this contact and restricts the permissible sealing gap in variable diameters with this sliding movement and ensures continuous contact with the rod in variable diameters.
