Abstract
A temperature adjustment mold for a blow molding apparatus provided with at least an injection molding unit that injection-molds a preform made of a resin and having a bottomed shape, a temperature adjusting unit that adjusts a temperature of the preform manufactured by the injection molding unit, and a blow molding unit that blow-molds the preform to manufacture a resin container, the temperature adjustment mold including a cavity mold that accommodates the preform, and an air introduction member that includes a fitting core and a rod member with a multiple-tube structure to form at least three concentric air flow paths.
Claims10
A method for manufacturing a resin container, comprising:
- injection-molding a preform made of a resin and having a bottomed shape;
- adjusting a temperature of the preform manufactured in the injection molding;
- and
- blow-molding the preform adjusted in temperature to manufacture a resin container,
- wherein in the injection-molding, the preform is released from a mold in a high temperature state in which an outer shape of the preform can be maintained,
- wherein in the blow molding, a refrigerant is circulated through a pair of blow cavity split molds for blow-molding the preform to cool the preform.
A blow molding apparatus comprising:
- an injection molding unit configured to injection-mold a preform made of a resin and having a bottomed shape;
- a temperature adjusting unit configured to adjust a temperature of the preform manufactured by the injection molding unit;
- and
- a blow molding unit configured to blow-mold the preform adjusted in temperature to manufacture a resin container,
- wherein the injection molding unit releases the preform from a mold in a high temperature state in which an outer shape of the preform can be maintained,
- wherein the blow molding unit includes a refrigerant flow path that cools a pair of blow cavity split molds that blow mold the preform by circulating a refrigerant to the blow cavity split molds.
A blow molding mold for a blow molding apparatus providing with at least an injection molding unit that injection-molds a preform made of a resin and having a bottomed shape and a blow molding unit that blow-molds the preform to manufacture a resin container,
- the blow molding mold comprising:
- a pair of blow cavity split molds;
- a pair of accommodating portions to which the pair of blow cavity split molds are fixed;
- and
- a bottom mold,
- wherein refrigerant flow paths are formed in the blow cavity split mold and the accommodating portion.
