Abstract
A coating apparatus, and an electrode plate production system and method are provided, where the coating apparatus includes a roller capable of rotating around its axis. The roller includes: a body portion; and a protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the body portion and extending along an entire circumference of the body portion. A surface of the protrusion portion located on an outermost side in a radial direction of the body portion serves as a coating surface.
Claims15
A coating apparatus, comprising a roller capable of rotating around its axis, wherein the roller comprises:
- a body portion;
- and
- a protrusion portion, disposed on an outer surface of the body portion and extending along an entire circumference of the body portion, wherein a surface of the protrusion portion located on an outermost side in a radial direction of the body portion serves as a coating surface.
An electrode plate production method, comprising:
- making a current collector of an electrode plate pass over a roller in a coating apparatus, wherein the roller comprises:
- a body portion and a protrusion portion, wherein the protrusion portion is disposed on an outer surface of the body portion and extends along an entire circumference of the body portion;
- and
- making the roller rotate around its axis so that a first region on the current collector is coated with an insulating material through the protrusion portion.
