Disclosed herein are ready-to-apply patches having three-dimensional structures that may be adhered to a piece of clothing and methods of producing the same.

A patch comprising:
- an adhesive element;
- and
- one or more three-dimensional structures connected to the adhesive element;
- wherein the one or more three-dimensional structures provide a three-dimensional profile to the patch.
