Abstract
A data transmission method and a terminal are provided. The data transmission method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, a UE route selection policy (URSP) rule, where the URSP rule includes a first mapping relationship between at least one service type and route selection descriptors (RSDs); and transmitting a to-be-sent data traffic of an application program based on the URSP rule.

A method data transmission, comprising:
- obtaining, by a terminal, a UE route selection policy (URSP) rule, wherein the URSP rule comprises a first mapping relationship between at least one service type and route selection descriptors (RSDs);
- and
- transmitting a to-be-sent data traffic of an application program based on the URSP rule.
A method for UE route selection policy (URSP) rule configuration, comprising:
- obtaining, by a network-side device, a URSP rule, wherein the URSP rule comprises a first mapping relationship between at least one service type and route selection descriptors (RSDs);
- and
- configuring, by the network-side device, the URSP rule for a terminal.
A terminal, comprising:
- a memory storing a computer program;
- and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to execute the computer program to perform operations comprising:
- obtaining a UE route selection policy (URSP) rule, wherein the URSP rule comprises a first mapping relationship between at least one service type and route selection descriptors (RSDs);
- and
- transmitting a to-be-sent data traffic of an application program based on the URSP rule.
