Class of alkylphenol compounds and preparation method therefor

A compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein, R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted amino, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkoxy;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, CN, C1-C8 alkyl, 5-7 membered heteroaryl, 3-7 membered cycloalkane, C2-C10 alkenyl, —P(O)(ORa)2, —SO2Rb, and —(C═O)Rc, preferably hydrogen, cyano, methyl, 5-7 membered heteroaryl, —P(O)(ORa)2, —SO2Rb, and —(C═O)Rc, more preferably cyano, pyridine ring, substituted benzene ring, —P(O)(ORa)2, —SO2Rb, and —(C═O)Rc;
• Ra is independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, 5-7-membered heteroaryl, and C2-C10 alkenyl, preferably C1-C8 alkyl;
• Rb is independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, 5-7-membered heteroaryl, C2-C10 alkenyl, preferably C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, and 5-7-membered heteroaryl, more preferably vinyl, C1-C3 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, and 5-membered heteroaryl;
• Rc is independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, 5-7-membered heteroaryl, and C2-C10 alkenyl, preferably methyl and vinyl;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C1-C10 alkyl, and C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of H, OH, and substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8 alkoxy, preferably OH or methoxy;
• Ar is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring, substituted or unsubstituted 5-9 membered heteroaryl,
• X1 is a chemical bond, O, NH, NHC(O), NHS(O)2, NHC(O)NH, NHS(O)2NH or S;
• X2 is selected from the group consisting of chemical bond, C1-C6 alkylamino carbonyl, and C1-C4 alkyl carbonyl;
• n is 0-10, preferably 0-6;
• Linker is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkane, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 olefin, substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring, substituted or unsubstituted 5-7-membered heteroaromatic ring, substituted or unsubstituted 3-6 membered cycloalkane, preferably C1-C6 olefin, substituted benzene ring, thiophene ring, and furan ring, more preferably olefin and benzene ring;
• unless otherwise specified, the term “substituted” refers to the hydrogen atoms on the group is substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxyl, carboxyl, C1-C6 alkyl, and C2-C10 ester group.
