Abstract
An autonomous transport vehicle includes a vehicle body that includes a traveling wheel, is configured to enter a lower side of a transported object, and is configured to travel while towing the transported object, and a weight acting portion configured to cause, in a case where a total weight of the transported object is larger than a predetermined weight, a partial weight of the total weight equal to or less than the predetermined weight to act on the vehicle body from the transported object.
Claims13
An autonomous transport vehicle comprising:
- a vehicle body that includes a traveling wheel, is configured to enter a lower side of a transported object, and is configured to travel while towing the transported object;
- and
- a weight acting portion configured to cause, in a case where a total weight of the transported object is larger than a predetermined weight, a partial weight of the total weight equal to or less than the predetermined weight to act on the vehicle body from the transported object.
A towing and transportation method comprising:
- a vehicle body entering step of causing a vehicle body including a traveling wheel to enter a lower side of a transported object;
- a weight acting step of causing a partial weight of a total weight of the transported object equal to or less than a predetermined weight to act on the vehicle body from the transported object;
- and
- a traveling step of driving the traveling wheel such that the vehicle body travels while towing the transported object.
