A method of treating synaptic dysfunction in a patient in need thereof comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound selected from a ROCK inhibitor, a MMP-9 inhibitor and GZZSZTW, or an active fraction thereof, or a PZP-containing composition and combinations thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a ROCK inhibitor and an effective amount of a MMP-9 inhibitor.
