Abstract
An system for maintenance of consumables of a welding torch includes: one or more sensors configured to monitor one or more conditions of one or more consumables of the welding torch; and control circuitry configured to: receive feedback corresponding to the one or more conditions of the one or more consumables from the one or more sensors; compare the feedback to one or more thresholds corresponding to the one or more conditions; and command the system to perform a cleaning operation on the one or more consumables based on the comparison.

A system for cleaning consumables of a welding torch, comprising:
- one or more sensors configured to monitor one or more conditions of the one or more consumables of the welding torch;
- and
- control circuitry configured to:
- receive feedback corresponding to the one or more conditions of the one or more consumables from the one or more sensors;
- compare the feedback to one or more thresholds corresponding to the one or more conditions;
- and
- command the system to perform a cleaning operation on the one or more consumables based on the comparison.
A welding system, comprising:
- a welding torch including one or more welding consumables;
- one or more sensors configured to monitor one or more conditions of the one or more welding consumables;
- a cleaning system configured to perform a cleaning operation on the one or more welding consumables;
- and
- control circuitry configured to:
- receive feedback corresponding to the one or more conditions from the one or more sensors;
- compare the feedback to one or more thresholds corresponding to the one or more conditions;
- and
- command the cleaning system to perform the cleaning operation based on the comparison.
A robotic welding system, comprising:
- a welding torch including one or more welding consumables;
- a cleaning system configured to perform a cleaning operation on the one or more welding consumables;
- one or more sensors configured to monitor one or more conditions of the one or more welding consumables;
- and
- robot control circuitry configured to:
- receive feedback corresponding to the one or more conditions from the one or more sensors;
- compare the feedback to one or more thresholds corresponding to the one or more conditions;
- and
- control the welding torch to perform the cleaning operation based on the comparison.
