Introduced are methods and systems for a sleep pod. An occupant of a sleep pod can have a personalized sleeping experience based on an analysis of biological signals, environmental characteristics, occupant history, and other factors.

A computer-implemented method comprising:
- (a) detecting, via a user sensor, a biological signal of a user while the user is on a bed device in a sleep pod;
- (b) analyzing the biological signal of the user;
- and
- (c) modulating an amount of an ambient light provided into the sleep pod based on (b).
