A nucleic acid construct comprising first and second genes, of which expressions are regulated by one promoter, wherein the first gene is located upstream of the second gene, the promoter is located upstream of the first gene, and an E. coli-derived Rho-independent terminator is located at the 3′-end of the first gene.
